Looking for a work-life balance
Recently, internet retail giant Amazon was heavily criticised for driving its staff too hard. It has been reported that Amazon is carrying out an experiment to see how far it can push its workers with excessive hours.
WJP Media believes that looking for a 'work-life balance' should be the priority of all. Working excessive hours results in diminishing returns and leads to mistakes being made. Better to stop and take a break, than to carry on regardless down a 'cul-de-sac'.
